Maureen Tillman
Beautiful image Lincoln! The Great Lakes are a favorite area of mine too. If you like MI have you gone out on the Keweenah Peninsula? That long skinny slip of land on the Western side of the UP. It is desolate in winter littlered with old rusty remnants of the iron mining days and also I believe 7 wonderful lighthouses. An eerie desolate beauty.
Lincoln Rogers replied:
That sounds like a fabulous place for a camera, Maureen! I'm putting it on the list for our next visit, right after we pick up our Traverse City cherries! Thank you for the comment.

Lee Craig
I love the point of view on this. The lighthouse is there, but its not all about the lighthouse and that is a nice change. Well done, as always. v-1
Lincoln Rogers replied:
Thanks for that feedback, Lee. I hadn't really thought about how most images that have a lighthouse in them are "all about the lighthouse." It gives me another reason to like this!
