Description
This photo by Lincoln Rogers is a compilation of one of his landscape photographs and an image from the public domain of a view from NASAs Hubble Telescope. The surreal view is intended to create a sense of being present during the very first day of biblical creation, when God spoke the heavens and earth into existence as described in the book of Genesis, chapter 1, verses 1 through 2 - In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
The landscape portion of this image is a photo by Lincoln Rogers of an actual location in Yellowstone National Park (in Wyoming, USA) inside the Midway Geyser Basin. Some texture has been added on the image and around the edges for a slight aged effect.

Very profound work, Lincoln. The tilted angle is very effective. The blue in the background provides a great complement.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave such excellent feedback for me, Mark.
